Single Pane Glass
Single Pane Glass, also called Monolithic glass, is a single, solid sheet of glass known for its clarity and versatility in applications where basic, unlayered glass is sufficient. It offers a cost-effective and lightweight solution for areas that do not require major additional impact resistance.
Composite Glass
Laminated industrial glass consists of multiple layers of glass bonded with a durable interlayer, providing enhanced impact resistance and safety. This structure helps the glass hold together when shattered, making it ideal for high-stress industrial environments where added protection from breakage and debris is essential.
Tempered Glass
Tempered glass is a type of safety glass that has been heat-treated to enhance its strength, making it up to four times stronger than annealed (untempered) glass. Tempered glass breaks into small pieces, as apposed to annealed glass which breaks in large, sharp shards. Tempered glass is necessary in places where there is risk of workers walking directly below the window.
Heat Shield Glass
Heat shield glass is designed to reflect infrared radiation (IRR), reducing heat transfer while allowing visible light to pass through. It’s commonly used in windows to reduce interior heat and improve air conditioner efficiency.
