HOOGOVENS™ FOR EXTREMELY HIGH IMPACT EXPLOSION AND PENETRATION RESISTANT SAFETY WINDOWS. 1-5/16″ Thick glass.
A bar was repeatedly dropped on the test glass to the same location on the glass. All tests were completed without penetration. “Bullet-Proof” or Bullet-Resisting Glass is designed to withstand 130 KGM impact from a machine gun bullet, but will fail with this test dart test at 7.8 KG with a height of 4 meters or 31.2 KGM, versus the HOOGOVENS™ impact resistant glass tested to over 600 KGM without penetration.
Thicknesses available in: 1/2″, 7/8″, 1″.
SAFE-SHIELD™ Safety Glass
Combines impact resistance with heat resistance. Available in 1/2″ and 7/8″ thicknesses.
